Every office at 9 Parade is fully managed and fully inclusive. Your rent covers business rates, heating, lighting, power, high-speed WiFi, building insurance and service costs in one predictable figure, agreed up front. Running a Grade II Listed building well takes work; the point of a fully managed lease is that it is our work rather than yours.
Rates, utilities, WiFi, insurance and servicing are all part of the rent. There’s no separate service charge and no reconciliation bill at year end.
