notice.
A plain-English explanation of the information we collect and how we use it.
Who we are
Parade Collective operates private office space at 7 and 9 Parade, Royal Leamington Spa, CV32 4DG. For the personal information described in this notice, Parade Collective is the data controller.
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, arrange a viewing or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company, team size, office preferences and the content of your message.
If you become a tenant or use the tenant portal, we may also process account, tenancy, billing, access-pass, booking and support information needed to provide and manage those services.
Our website may also receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and security or server logs.
We keep aggregate counts of page views and important actions, such as viewing enquiries and telephone-link clicks. These counts contain the event, page and date only; we do not attach an IP address, advertising identifier or individual visitor profile to them.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, discuss suitable offices, manage tenant services, protect our website and premises, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Parade Collective, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We may share information with trusted providers that support our hosting, email, property operations, payments and professional advice. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.
Our homepage includes a map supplied by OpenStreetMap. When that map loads, OpenStreetMap may receive your IP address and basic browser information so it can deliver the map.
Where a provider processes information outside the UK, we require an approved safeguard when the law requires one.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage prospective lettings. Tenant and financial records may be kept for longer where needed to provide services, resolve disputes or meet legal and accounting requirements. We review information and securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to its use; receive a portable copy; or withdraw consent.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office ↗.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version and its update date will always appear on this page.
