What size teams can you accommodate?
Our private suites generally suit established teams of around four to twenty people. Each live listing gives a practical capacity range.
What is included?
Everything, in one monthly price. Our offices are fully managed: the rent covers business rates, heating, lighting, power, high-speed WiFi, building insurance and service costs. There is no separate service charge and no deposit.
What is the difference between 7 and 9 Parade?
Number 7 is a close-knit established business community above Wildes. Number 9 offers larger Regency rooms and more space for growing teams.
